I recently had my Sony BRAVIA 43” HD Smart TV repaired, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The technicians were highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue.
One thing to note is that due to their excellent service, they operate on a first-come, first-served basis. It can be challenging to get a number, as they are in high demand. We arrived around 7 AM and were still number 6 in line! If you’re planning to visit, I recommend going early to secure your spot.
What stood out the most was their exceptional customer care friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. My TV now works perfectly, just like new! I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of a reliable and professional repair.

"My LG TV was repaired several times, but errors kept appearing from different places. This time I took it to Arunalu Technics while going to Anuradhapura.
They provided a very friendly service. What an excellent service, they disassembled the TV right in front of us. They checked the error right in front of us. Next, they explained the error to us very clearly. Then they told us the cost of the repair. If you are willing to spend that amount, they will repair it right away. It did not take even 45 minutes to repair my TV. They repaired it with warranty.

I do not think that such a service is provided anywhere in Sri Lanka.
